1. Orders and Quotes

• Validity: Quotes are valid for 30 days.
• Specifications: You are responsible for providing accurate specs (lengths, connectors, labeling).
• Right to Refuse: We reserve the right to decline orders for availability or credit reasons.

2. Pricing and Payment

• Prices are in USD and exclude taxes/shipping.
• New Customers: Prepayment required.
• Approved Accounts: Net 30 days. Late payments accrue 1.5% monthly interest.

3. Lead Times & Shipping

Shipping is FOB Origin. Risk transfers to buyer upon carrier handoff.

4. Inspection & Warranty

• Inspect products within 5 business days of receipt.
• Concealed defects must be reported within 30 days.
• 1-Year Limited Warranty: Covers defects in materials/workmanship.

5. Returns

• Custom Products: Non-returnable unless defective.
• Stock Products: Returnable within 30 days (20% restocking fee).

6. Liability

We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. Total liability is capped at the purchase price of the specific product.

We disclaim liability for third-party component defects beyond our warranty obligations.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by US federal and state laws.
