Warranty and Returns

We stand behind every assembly we build. Test before you install, and if it doesn't meet spec, we'll make it right.

One-Year Limited Warranty

Coverage: All products are warranted for one year from ship date to be free from defects in materials and workmanship and to conform to your specifications.

What's Covered:

  • ✓Manufacturing defects in assemblies
  • ✓Connector defects affecting performance
  • ✓Failed insertion/return loss tests (fiber)
  • ✓Workmanship issues (terminations, labeling)
  • ✓Material failures under normal use

What's Not Covered:

  • ✕Installation damage (kinking, crushing, pulling)
  • ✕Improper mating or cleaning damage
  • ✕Normal wear and tear
  • ✕Modifications by third parties
  • ✕Environmental damage or accidents

Performance Validation

Fiber Analytics

Every fiber assembly ships with test reports showing insertion loss and return loss measurements. These prove the assembly was in spec upon departure.

Copper Continuity

All copper assemblies undergo rigorous continuity and termination testing to ensure signal integrity across all pairs.

Pre-Installation Replacement

If you test an assembly before installing it and it's out of spec, we'll replace it immediately. No hassle.

Contact us within 30 days of receipt with:

  • Order number and serial number
  • Test results showing the issue
  • Photos if there's visible damage

We provide prepaid return labels for confirmed manufacturing defects.

Post-Installation Claims

CRITICAL: Once installed, claims require evaluation as installation is the primary cause of fiber damage.

Provide order/serial numbers, failure description, test results, and installation method.

Step 2: Authorize

We review and issue an RMA number if approved.

Step 3: Evaluate

Ship back for inspection. Manufacturing defects = Free Replacement. Install damage = Not Covered.

Changing mind before ship.

  • • Pre-production: No Penalty
  • • In-production: Costs + 20% Fee
  • • Shipped: Treated as Return
